Covid 19

Covid-19 Information

We recognise that recent times have been tough, and travelling has become more considered. We want to ensure you feel comfortable, safe and ‘at home’ during your stay. During Covid we have increased our focus on safety & wellbeing and introduced new measures for your peace of mind.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocol

All of our properties are prepared prior to your arrival meeting industry cleaning protocols. Our service providers commit to following our steps to keep everyone safe.

These standards meet enhanced cleaning procedures introduced across the industry to support Covid safety, including sanitisation and touch points checklists:

Our homes are fully ventilated during changeover.

  • We use specific cleaning products, for high-risk touchpoint surfaces (remote controls, door handles, fridge doors, chair armrests, etc).
  • We use disposable paper towels where possible and ensure that any cleaning cloths are properly laundered between uses (minimum at 60°C). regardless of their usage to ensure hygiene levels are maintained.
  • Our towels and linen are professionally laundered.
  • Our guidance and protocol is regularly updated to comply with the current regulations.
  • We also provide guest cleaning supplies & equipment to support you in keeping our properties clean and safe during your stay.

Remote Hassle-Free Check In

Our properties offer self-check-in facilities using key safes and smart lock technology, enabling you to check in contact-less. We provide digital guest manuals and key safe instructions ahead of your check in, detailing access instructions and information on important amenities to keep you safe and secure during your stay.

Health & Well-being during your stay

For us to follow the safest practice to protect you during your stay, we have introduced Safety & Well-being measures. Our 24/7 Guest Support team is available to assist with any queries prior to your stay.

We will send you a check in text after arrival to ensure the property amenities & cleanliness standards meet expectations.

If there is a requirement for additional property care during your stay, our local colleagues will endeavour to attend the property as appropriate to support.

Our service providers will observe social distancing practice and arrive equipped with appropriate PPE, where possible we will attend the property to complete services whilst the property is vacated.
