A charming, stone, semi-detached cottage nestled in the centre of the popular Cotswolds town of Tetbury. This cosy Tetbury cottage seamlessly combines traditional features with modern day comforts, creating an ideal base for friends and families to spend time together and explore this beautiful part of the Cotswolds. With three cosy double bedrooms, one of which is located in the external ground floor studio room with its own en-suite shower room. We welcome all guests. Pets considered.

The space
The open plan living area featuring exposed beams offers a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cosy sitting area where you can curl up by the warming wood-burning stove and relax on blustery winter nights. Outside the cottage is an enclosed, south facing, cottage-style garden that offers an enclosed lawn and a patio. The perfect place to sit and relax with some alfresco dining on warm summer nights.

Main cottage

Ground floor:

On entering the property, you will find a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove, TV with Freeview and Netflix. The area is open plan, leading to a fully equipped kitchen which contains a microwave, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and gas hob.

First floor:

Two double bedrooms with comfortable double beds.
The bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin and WC

Ground floor studio room:

One double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC.

Outside the property, there is a gated landscaped garden with a patio, garden furniture and bbq.

We provide a starter pack for wood stove. This includes a bag of wood, kindling, firelighters and matches. The pack is available from Sept – March inclusive. Outside of these months, guests will need to provide all of their own fuel for the stove as there is nowhere to purchase fuel locally during this period.

Please note the following:
Right of way footpath leading across the front garden to the cottage next door
The double bed in the studio room and one in the main house are accessible from one side only

Guest access
The cottage is entirely yours whilst you are staying there.

Other things to note
Tumblers Cottage is a 200year old Cotswolds stone cottage set over 2 floors. There are six steps down to the property with a sturdy handrail.
